Neuchâtel were tasked with another project for Mansons TCLM, running alongside the 96 St George’s Bay project. This new office complex had two plant room areas requiring a strong waterproofing solution for their roofs. Manson’s projects are always well-planned, and they put a lot of effort into designing the plant room waterproofing for their commercial buildings. This has allowed Neuchâtel, along with our applicator partner Asphaltech, to establish a long-term relationship, handling the plant rooms for all of Manson’s commercial projects.
