The Airedale Apartments are an 18-storey complex featuring 105 apartments in Auckland’s CBD. Our client was looking for a durable, monolithic waterproofing solution with minimal slope, perfect for accommodating a pedestal tile system on top of the waterproofing layer.
SOLUTION
Neuchâtel Mastic Asphalt, renowned for its seamless qualities, proved to be the perfect fit for this project. Additionally, our perimeter trim played a crucial role in ensuring an aesthetically pleasing termination to the outside parapet.
Thanks to the completion of this project in a single stage, the installation process by our applicator partner Asphaltech Waterproofing, was swift and efficient, allowing for timely delivery of the final result.
