The Onehunga Mall Club Apartments (OMC) pay homage to the historical legacy of the site while embracing a vision for future development in the vibrant suburb of Onehunga. With meticulous attention to detail and a deep appreciation for the area’s heritage, the OMC project stands as a testament to thoughtful design and community integration.

Spanning eight levels, the OMC development comprises 102 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, situated on the former site of the iconic Onehunga Workingmen’s Club. From its name to its branding and design, the project tastefully acknowledges the site’s rich history, while aligning with the future development patterns outlined in the Auckland Unitary Plan.

Architect Ashton Mitchell, collaborated with Neuchâtel early in the design phase to ensure to ensure the selection of appropriate products tailored to the project’s specific requirements.
