SOLUTION
Mastic Asphalt Roofing was selected for this contract due to its superior qualities and its ability to be laid at a low degree of fall. It was applied to the level 7 balcony area at an early stage of construction. This enabled other trades to complete their work without the risk of water penetration affecting their products.

Due to a lack of space during construction the finished mastic asphalt was used as a loading platform for storage of material and equipment for other areas of the contract. This highlights the superior durability and waterproofing qualities of the material used. Could stand with the rigours of modern construction.

Let’s talk about waterproofing your project.
